CANCELLATION POLICY:



 THERE ARE NO CANCELLATION FEES. JUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

Cancellations of reserved time can be accepted ONLY if requested as follows:

1. By email to 853studios@gmail.com
2. By phone call to 212-586-9055 and live conversation with a representative of 853 Studios during normal business hours of 10:00AM - 6:00PM and only on Monday through Friday.
Messages left at any time by voicemail will not be accepted.

No other form of request will be accepted.

No requests for cancellation will be accepted on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or National Holidays.

Requests for cancellation of weekday reservations (Monday through Friday) must be received by 853 Studios at least 24 hours before the time of arrival. Saturday and Sunday are NOT included in the 24 hour prior notice requirement. By example, a cancellation of a Monday reservation must be received no later than the time of the reservation, but not later than 6:00PM, on the Friday preceding the Monday reservation.

Requests for cancellations of weekend (Saturday & Sunday) reservations must be received 48 hours prior to the beginning of the weekend. By example, a cancellation of a 10:00AM Sunday reservation must be received no later than 10:00AM of the preceding Thursday.

Advance Reservations made more than 20 days in advance of the initial arrival time and of 4 hours or more, and/or for Multiple Studios, and/or for Multiple days are subject to cancellation only if requested at least 14 days in advance of the initial arrival time.
If made less than 20 days in advance they are subject to cancellation only if requested at least 7 days in advance of the initial arrival time.

Reservations requiring special studio set-ups i.e. two (duet) or more pianos - multiple table arrangements - multiple mics and amps are subject to cancellation if requested at least 5 days (not including weekends) in advance of the initial arrival time.

Failure to cancel according to the above described policy subjects the reserving party to responsibility for the full amount of the standard rental fee.


Duplicate reservations mistakenly made by persons expecting to rehearse together subject the reserving parties to full responsibility for the spaces reserved.
